जिंदगी में बहुत सारे अफसर ऐसे आते हैं जब हम बुरे हालातों का सामना कर रहे होते हैं और सोचते हैं कि क्या किया जा सकता है और क्या कर सकते हैं क्योंकि मुश्किल हालातों में सब कुछ बदलना असंभव है


और क्या पता मेरा यह छोटा सा बदलाव कुछ क्रांति लेकर आएगा कि नहीं लेकिन मैं आपको बता दूं हर चीज या बदलाव की शुरुआत बहुत ही बेसिक ढंग से होती है कई बार सफलता हमसे थोड़ी ही दूर रहती है पर हम हार मान लेते हैं जबकि अपनी क्षमताओं पर भरोसा रख कर किया जाने वाला कोई भी बदलाव छोटा नहीं होता और वो हमारी जिन्दगी में एक नीव का पत्थर भी साबित हो सकता है|

एक कहानी पढ़ते है इसके द्वारा समझने में आसानी होगी कि छोटा  बदलाव किस कदर महत्वपूर्ण है|

एक लड़का सुबह सुबह दौड़ने को जाया करता था|आते जाते वो एक बूढी महिला को देखता था|वो बूढी महिला तालाब के किनारे छोटे छोटे कछुओं की पीठ को साफ़ किया करती थी| एक दिन उसने इसके पीछे का कारण जानने की सोची|

वो लड़का महिला के पास गया और उनका अभिवादन कर बोला ” नमस्ते आंटी ! मैं आपको हमेशा इन कछुओं की पीठ को साफ़ करते हुए देखता हूँ आप ऐसा किस वजह से करते हो ?”  महिला ने उस मासूम से लड़के को देखा और  इस पर लड़के को जवाब दिया ” मैं हर रविवार यंहा आती हूँ और इन छोटे छोटे कछुओं की पीठ साफ़ करते हुए सुख शांति का अनुभव लेती हूँ |”  क्योंकि इनकी पीठ पर जो कवच होता है उस पर कचता जमा हो जाने की वजह से इनकी गर्मी पैदा करने की क्षमता कम हो जाती है इसलिए ये कछुवे तैरने में मुश्किल का सामना करते है|कुछ समय बाद तक अगर ऐसा ही रहे तो ये कवच भी कमजोर हो जाते है इसलिए कवच को साफ़ करती हूँ|

यह सुनकर लड़का बड़ा हैरान था|उसने फिर एक जाना पहचाना सा सवाल किया और बोला “बेशक आप बहुत अच्छा काम कर रहे है लेकिन फिर भी आंटी एक बात सोचिये कि इन जैसे कितने कछुए होंगे जो इनसे भी बुरी हालत में है जबकि आप सभी के लिए ये नहीं कर सकते तो उनका क्या क्योंकि आपके अकेले के बदलने से तो कोई बड़ा बदलाव नहीं आयेगा न|

महिला ने बड़ा ही संक्षिप्त लेकिन असरदार जवाब दिया कि भले ही मेरे इस कर्म से दुनिया में कोई बड़ा बदलाव नहीं आयेगा लेकिन सोचो इस एक कछुवे की जिन्दगी में तो बदल्वाव आयेगा ही न|तो क्यों हम छोटे बदलाव से ही शुरुआत करें|

 And do you know whether this small change will bring some revolution or not, but let me tell you, every thing or change starts in a very basic way, sometimes success is only a little away from us but we give up when our abilities  Any change made by trusting is not small and it can also prove to be a foundation stone in our life.


 Read a story, it will be easy to understand how small changes are important.

A boy used to go for a run in the morning. He used to see an old lady while coming. That old lady used to clean the back of small turtles on the banks of the pond.  One day he thought of the reason behind this.

The boy went to the woman and greeted them and said, "Namaste Aunty!  I always see you cleaning the back of these turtles for what reason do you do this? "  The woman looked at the boy with that innocence and replied to the boy, "I come here every Sunday and feel the peace of peace by clearing the backs of these little turtles."  Because the armor that is on their back reduces the ability to produce heat due to the accumulation of waste on them, so these tortoises face difficulty in swimming.  They become weak, so I clean the armor.

The boy was very surprised to hear this. He again asked a familiar question and said, "Of course you are doing a great job but still aunt think one thing how many such turtles will be in such a bad condition while all of you  If you cannot do this then what about them because your change alone will not bring any major change.


 The woman gave a very brief but effective answer that even though my actions will not bring any major change in the world, but think that life of this one tortoise will not change. So why should we start with small changes?
