 आपको याद होगा कि पहले वन डे क्रिकेट में 300 रन बनाना, किसी भी टीम के लिए बहुत बड़ी बात होती थी, अगर किसी टीम ने 300 रन बना लिए तो उसकी जीत निश्चित हो जाती थी क्यूंकि उस समय तक 300 रन को पछाड़ना असंभव सा प्रतीत होता था|

 लेकिन समय बदला, नए लोग आये… पिच पर रन तेजी से बनने लगे और आज तो वन डे में 300 रन बनाना बहुत मामूली सी बात है, अब तो लोग 400 रन को भी पछाड़ देते हैं|

 पहले वन डे में शतक बनाने पर बहुत तारीफें होती थीं और वन डे में दोहरा शतक लगाना तो असंभव ही था| उसके बारे में तो कोई सोचता भी नहीं था…

 लेकिन हमारे मास्टर ब्लास्टर सचिन तेंदुलकर ने लोगों के इस भ्रम को तोडा और वन डे में 200 रन बनाकर एक कीर्तिमान स्थापित किया.. और ये कहानी यहीं नहीं रुकी, कुछ ही दिन बाद विस्फोटक बल्लेबाज सहवाग ने भी दोहरा शतक लगा दिया| इसके बाद 200 रन कई लोग अब बना चुके हैं|

 तो मित्रों असंभव तो कुछ था ही नहीं.. बल्कि काम बेहद कठिन था इसलिए हम उसे असंभव मान बैठे|

 कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता, अगर आपने असंभव मान लिया…

 लेकिन सही मायने में, विफलता सफलता से ज़्यादा महत्वपूर्ण होती है | हमारे इतिहास में जितने भी बिजनिसमेन, साइंटिस्ट और महापुरुष हुए हैं वो जीवन में सफल बनने से पहले लगातार कई बार फेल हुए हैं | जब हम बहुत सारे कम कर रहे हों तो ये ज़रूरी नहीं कि सब कुछ सही ही होगा| लेकिन अगर आप इस वजह से प्रयास करना छोड़ देंगे तो कभी सफल नहीं हो सकते |

 हेनरी फ़ोर्ड, जो बिलियनेर और विश्वप्रसिद्ध फ़ोर्ड मोटर कंपनी के मलिक हैं | सफल बनने से पहले फ़ोर्ड पाँच अन्य बिज़निस मे फेल हुए थे | कोई और होता तो पाँच बार अलग अलग बिज़निस में फेल होने और कर्ज़ मे डूबने के कारण टूट जाता| लेकिन फ़ोर्ड ने ऐसा नहीं किया और आज एक बिलिनेअर कंपनी के मलिक हैं |

 अगर विफलता की बात करें तो थॉमस अल्वा एडिसन का नाम सबसे पहले आता है| लाइट बल्व बनाने से पहले उसने लगभग 1000 विफल प्रयोग किए थे |

 अल्बेर्ट आइनस्टाइन जो 4 साल की उम्र तक कुछ बोल नहीं पता था और 7 साल की उम्र तक निरक्षर था | लोग उसको दिमागी रूप से कमजोर मानते थे लेकिन अपनी थ्ओरी और सिद्धांतों के बल पर वो दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा साइंटिस्ट बना |

 अब ज़रा सोचो कि अगर हेनरी फ़ोर्ड पाँच बिज़नेस में फेल होने के बाद निराश होकर बैठ जाता, या एडिसन 999 असफल प्रयोग के बाद उम्मीद छोड़ देता और Einstein भी खुद को दिमागी कमजोर मान के बैठ जाता तो क्या होता?

 आज सभी लोग अपने भाग्य और परिस्थियों को कोसते हैं। अब जरा सोचिये अगर एडिसन भी खुद को अनलकी समझ कर प्रयास करना छोड़ देता तो दुनिया एक बहुत बड़े आविष्कार से वंचित रह जाती। आइंस्टीन भी अपने भाग्य और परिस्थियों को कोस सकता था लेकिन उसके ऐसा नहीं किया तो आप क्यों करते हैं।

 अगर किसी काम में असफल हो भी गए हो तो क्या हुआ ये अंत तो नहीं है ना, फिर से कोशिश करो, क्योंकि कोशिश करने वालों की कभी हार नहीं होती।

 Henry Ford, a billiard and owner of the world famous Ford Motor Company.  Ford failed in five other businesses before becoming successful.  If someone else had broken five times due to failure in different business and drowning in debt.  But Ford did not do this and today is owner of a bilinear company.

 If you talk of failure, Thomas Alva Edison's name comes first.  He made about 1000 failed experiments before making light bulbs.

 Albert Einstein, who did not know anything until the age of 4, and was illiterate until the age of 7.  People considered him as mentally weak but on the basis of his theory and principles, he became the greatest scientist in the world.

 Now imagine what would have happened if Henry Ford had sat down disappointed after failing in five business, or Edison would have given up hope after 999 unsuccessful experiments, and Iintin would have thought of himself as a weak brain?

 We would have been unaware of many great talents and inventions.

 Failure shows the path of success to a human being.  Some great man has said that -

 Today all people curse their fate and circumstances.  Now think if Edison too had stopped trying to think himself alone then the world would have been deprived of a very big invention.  Einstein could also curse his fate and circumstances, but he did not do so, why do you.
